I dont think its right all Latinos have ALMOST EVERY NEW HOME IN THE CITY OF CAMDEN this is my home and I was born and raised here and I cant get a home IN MY HOMETOWN CAMDEN, but women and men speaking no English office Hispanic lady asked my Race bf answering how do I get one 45 years in Camden and Im not treated like I am from Camden. Its breaks my heart and Im definitely fair from prejudice but this is discrimination towards Camden Natives. more ... hide ...

Ive been here 2 yrs now in a 2 bdrm and have found a way to make this place a home. Its an ok place to start if its your 1st. Its a little small but then again just enough for me and my 4 yr old. Also my water gets very hot if i wanted it that way. There is drug activity (not on my side....at times youll hear gunshots) There are mice and roaches BUT I rarely see roaches in MY apartment (sprayed the entire apartment down before moving in, havent had a problem since) and i see a mouse once every 3 months ( i found some holes and had them patched up so even less often than that) Nothing of mine has EVER been tampered with or eaten through in any way. My daughter stays inside because the kids in the area are mostly ill-mannered but thats ok (we go to cooper river to play) You have to be on top of maintenance to get things done but it will get done. They also try to bring the community together with movie nights and BBQs. These are subsidized apartments in a harsh part of Camden guys. ITS WHAT YOU MAKE IT! Stay to yourself + mind your business = no drama! Clean house(properly) + the right products = Bug/rodent free! Its that simple and Im comfortable enough to stay until i find something better. more ... hide ...

The manager here is so disrespectful, incompetent and truly a waste of breathe this apartment complex has ever dealt with. She seems to lack any college education and does not care about the property.
