I just had to laugh at all the negative reviews. So youre telling me a postal worker was a little rough around the edges? Nooo!! Couldnt be.People feel so unbelievably entitled when it comes to dealing with service worke rs. I mostly deal with one woman in here, and she always does a good job. She doesnt act like shes bursting with joy to see me, but I treat her with respect, and she treats me with respect. This is an extremely convenient location, well run, and Im very grateful its here. more ... hide ...

The staff was amazing so nice and helpful.When it was moving in day the lady in the front desk was so Nice she said welcome home which made me smile and felt welcome, then frank was very polite and helped us set everythi ng up made sure we understood everything which was very Nice of him. The maintenance guy Joe was also amazing he help with some things in the apartment he didnt just come in and get the job done he was talking and very happy to help. This is a great newly constructed, family community, which opened in recent months and adds to NJs inventory of affordable housing. You can walk down to the park, which the rear of this building borders (you can see the little league field from the back of Willows).Units in The Willows feature washers and dryers inside of the units and central air conditioning. However, there is a waiting list to live here.The property is a bit close to Route 130s Southbound lane, but the building sits perpendicular to the highway. There seems to be plenty of parking, though the building across from it, known as Birchwood at Cranbury, is not yet fully occupied. Birchwood, which is also managed by Ingerman Management Company, is a 55+ (age) community.Birchwood allows dogs, but does enforce a weight restriction. more ... hide ...
