600 families have been displaced from their property in Elizabeth due to flooding of 1st floor ONLY, 2nd floor and above has ZERO damage. No one has been allowed to return. They keep telling everyone to make appointment to go back and retreve winter cloths as its starting to get cold and no one calls us back. It been over 1 month now and the only communication is throwing letters demanding rent for a place we can even enter. more ... hide ...

Extremely poor/unprofessional property management. I have a brand new car (6 months old, 1200 miles), I LEASE a parking spot from RPM, and have had several instances where my parked car has been damaged. to the tune of $11,100. YES ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE. On the first instance my car was only 3 months old and was driven only 8 times. In addition to the parking issues I have an building maintenance issues.
