Currently I have a hole in my kitchen sink (never addressed that) and I had to ask repeated times to get new flooring. They put down a hand me down tile that was old and outdated.. they are rude and my apartment is fal ling apart. They told me getting a new floor was not an emergency. They are only interested in increasing the rent with the new remodeled apartments.. Dont move here. They only are nice to to certain people. I am a professional woman and expect my apartment to live up to a higher standard.. They are very sad people and really just want to make money off the new apartments..I asked for a another apartment (been here 25 plus years - told me they have to increase the rent at the new apt and its significantly higher - but they add accommodating. People thatThey live..These are very unprofessional people and the owner 0 They run several other properties and money is allThey care about. Dont Move here. Big ripoff. more ... hide ...

I have been living at this property for approximately 13 months and I could not be happier! The staff is extremely helpful with any issues they may be able to help with and they do all they can to help make this a clean, safe place to live. The apartments are lovely and the amenities are fabulous. It truly has been a wonderful 13 months and I am looking forward to the next 13...YEARS! more ... hide ...
