Maintenance is the worse and the people in the office work when ever they feel like it. I had a leak in my bathroom coming from the top apartment for 3WEEKS. The sealing was ripping down and the sides. The 1st day of the leak i called the office and they said \"we will tell maintenance\" (Thursday). 2nd day of the leak i called them again because no one showed up and the office told me \"maintenance is doing something they are not going to be able to assist today (Friday)\". 3rd day i call after hours because the office was closed and finally got a hold of maintenance they came checked it out and said \"we will work on it Monday\" (not trying to work on a weekend) not to mention they never stoped the leak(Saturday). Monday came and it was still leaking. I emailed the office several times and sent them pictures because they would not answer my calls. The only reply i would get on the email was \"ill let maintenance know\". I had to call again on a weekend. When maintenance came i told them off and i gues thats when they felt they had to actually do something since im always nice. Nothing was done about this until 3weeks later. I just received a call from the office today asking if the leak was fixed AFTER 3WEEKS OF HELL. Things here are just getting worse. more ... hide ...

I lived at Kuser village for 3 years and its the best place one could ask for. Safe, secure, quiet and clean. Apartments are spacious and comfortable. There is plenty of storage space. Maintenance is prompt and efficient . Everything is close by. Angela, the lease officer is helpful and easy to reach out to. Would definitely recommend. more ... hide ...

This place is an absolute disgrace! People in the office NEVER answer the door. Very rude. Elevators brake time to time leaving the elderly that have wheelchairs stranded. A/C take forever to come on. With no A/C and hav ing asthma in 70 degree weather is very difficult. The place is invested with bed bugs and cockroaches and even RATS by the dumpster! Ive had family members visit and see dirty used syringes in the stairwell. There was a fire 3 YEARS AGO and there is still a BOARD in the window of the apartment from the fire. If I were you, DO NOT MOVE HERE! Save yourself the depression of Brookside Terrace!!!!!!!!! more ... hide ...
