I live here! Yvette is such a good manager and she truly cares about us tenants. Its been a very pleasant 5 years here for me. We have a lovely clubhouse complete with a swimming pool and a year around jacuzzi. We always have potlucks/birthday bashes (with yummy food) all the time. Plus, theres a mini gym to keep fit! This is a very PET FRIENDLY environment. Your furry friends will be welcomed. The apartments are a decent size with dishwashers, pantries, washer/dryers, and balconies (2 bedrooms have balconies only) The hallways are always clean. Most of the tenants take pride in helping to keep the place clean. Parking lot is well lit up at night and its a GATED COMMUNITY! Sorry to have written so much but I LOVE it here. more ... hide ...

Seeing the reviews that are posted here is truly disappointing. I had a great experience from the day I moved in.Contrary to what is said about these apartments, its an easy-going community--not to mention quiet compared to others in the same price range.There is a nice diversity in the tenants, and the staff makes great efforts to address peoples individual needs.I really think that people who post negativity usually have caused their own problems. Check this place out if you are on a budget. It may be an older complex and not as big as a some of the others, but its really a calm place, if thats how you keep it. Im * years old and live in these Apartments with My Mommy and Sister, and My brother, we love it here and Rachel is literally by far the BEST manager that has run there apartments.. no more bad cases have gone on. every thing that needs attention gets fixed By Greg super fast and right and My Mom is Very Happy so I had to share my Opinion , with the help of my Sister.. Thank You for such a great person, Taking care of us during Covid-19 so calmly and lovingly... BEST PLACE EVER!!!! Pray for Mom and all other healthcare workers please....and police, and firefighters ,and working stores and food places and state and city people too and OUR Grandparents!! more ... hide ...
