I live here its a 55 community Staff are always nice Property is kept clean I love living here They have 1 and 2 bedroom apts You do need to qualify as this is income restrictions That picture is not good

Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didnt mind it. If you hate noise, the maybe this is not the place for you, but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule (which is 10pm-7am). Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient. They are very understanding and good with communication. The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community, so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen. OVERALL: 10/10, the neighborhood keeps to themselves, follows Quiet Hours, staff is friendly and understanding, and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days. more ... hide ...
