The office ladies do not care about their jobs. You can tell when you walk in there that they dont want to be there. Called at 430 and they put us on hold until 5 and then hung up because they didnt want to deal with the phone call and wanted to go home. Got denied because we work for a locally owned business and they dont accept those paystubs. Led us on for 2 weeks saying wed get approved, even after voicing our concerns and the urgency that we needed a place they denied us after stringing us on for 2 weeks. Office lady didnt send out paperwork that she said shed send out that day until a week later. Never directly answered any questions I had for her. Sad. more ... hide ...

I am responding for my Granny that lives in the Biegger Estates community. The apartments have been renovated absolutely beautifully. My Grandmother has had some complaints that has not been handled properly. I had to te ll children to get off my Grannys home. I had to also tell the children to not hang out in front of my Grannys door. My Granny doesnt want to go outside just to sit and get some fresh air due to the fact the children are so wild and unruly. I am concerned for my Grannys safety. My Granny should not be uncomfortable in her own home. I check on my Granny daily. I am very worried. I need to make sure my Granny is protected and safe. more ... hide ...

While searching for an affordable place, I found Lake Tonopah. I had to wait two months to move in. I was unable to view the apt prior and was surprised and happy. It seem more spacious than my view of the floor plan. Th e upper floor units have vaulted ceilings.Its been four months and am learning all the wonderful things here. Each month there is a calendar of activities. Last night was karaoke. They also have Bingo, African dance, crafts, gardening of organic vegetables.Its been a wonderful way to meet people. The staff at the clubhouse are always pleasant and helpful. The residents too! Im enjoying everything so far. Its kept clean and organized. I hope to continue enjoying a number of years here. more ... hide ...
