Under new ownership/management and its a whole lot better than the lazy management prior. The last management did nothing and was very sloppy. This new company has a lot of problems they inherited from years of neglect. So far I have been happy with this new company because they are professional and actually cleaning up the place finally. Apparently they know what they are doing because they have many properties and I have been impressed with how quickly they started getting things fixed and opened. I have never been able to enjoy the amenities here because of the previous company not doing anything. I have been here a year and the new company finally got things opened in just a couple months of taking over. Still have not heard anything on the pools and thats a bit frustrating since its Vegas and the summer time.It was a bit chaotic at first with the switch and trying to reach someone in the front office but seems like things are finally settling down so I dont think it will always be a problem. I hope to see things continue to improve. I am just happy to finally see a property management company actual getting things done like the previous one promised when I signed my original lease yet they did nothing. Very relieved with Robinson group taking over.As far as roaches go, my apartment had roaches when I first moved in. I put some preventative treatments around while also keeping things clean... I am happy to say NO roach problem what so ever. The drains here are another story and a bit nasty. Its an old apartment complex that like I said before, was neglected for some time. So pest control is still something needed but I am happy to say I DONT have a roach problem unlike what I read about in the comments. more ... hide ...

These apartments are very controlling and try to inforce rules and regulations that violate a person constitutional rights to freedom to have visitors, freedom to voice ones side or speak the truth. They delegate who you can or can not associate with and inforce that you quit smoking to live there. We are talking low-income aptartments that the only way your going to be able to live there is if you are under a certain income criteria. Its like your living under a communist housing authority.After 15yrs of living there and several apartments moves my family member whom comes everyday to see me was 86 from the property on the grounds that they dont live there. Of course they dont they were visiting and helping out and old old woman. Thats thier job. To make sure I havent killed over. The management did this and then the police wouldnt even let me say a word on theyre behalf. They just pushed an old woman away with thier rude and unprofessionalism. It was totally clear that they were not interested in hearing anyone elses side of anything. Its really sad when an old body cant even have family over. Someone should call the news and report this nonsense and contyolling behavior to the world. more ... hide ...
