This place is crawling with crackheads, pill fiends, alcoholics and bed bugs. The land lady when I was there was an unholy fascist with no respect for privacy, renters rights or common respect. The neighborhood is the wo rst kind of slum Cincinnati could ever offer, the convenience store across the street got robbed no less than three times while I was in it, and two of these were orchestrated by St. Francis residents.Stay away from this place, this neighborhood, and if you can, this whole city to be honest. They have low base paying jobs they have a lot of homeless drunken dope heads they dont care if you smell bad coming straight from your house first thing in the morning and they have their pics people that they make sure get out for work while others have been in line way earlier than the person theyre sending out but they call it a seniority ticket so its like you never really get a chance to be senior you want to put up with that kind of stuff not making any money day by day waiting to see if youre going to work donating a lot of time with their favorite people go out every day that they show up you may not get to go out but once or twice a week and then they have really bad attitude and talk to you very unprofessional not a good place for temporary work youre desperate yes other than that dont bother more ... hide ...

I recently applied to be added on the waiting list. The only reason Im gave three stars was because the other workers were nice. The dark skinned lady at the front desk needs to be checked. I arrived early so that I could apply at 10 am. I was a little early so I left and came back. It was 954 and I saw other applicants filling out the application. She did not offer me one after I repeatedly said that I would like to apply. She kept ignoring me and had a bad attitude. If the other workers were not helpful I would have given one star. I dont know what her issue with me was but I felt discriminated against. If I dont get approved on the waiting list I know why. She greeted others but not me. Then asked those who didnt have an application to go into a conference room and I told her I didnt have one and she kept dismissing me. We as a community need to do better.
