Very poorly maintained, repairs are never in the budget. Small apartments and management and neighbors are always nosing into your business. Several tenants have complained about no hot water for years, with no r esolution. Shots fired next door twice in the last two years. Corporate ownership does not answer complaints. Invests in new property before taking care of current properties.Many reviews on this page are not people that have lived here. more ... hide ...

Is this such a great place to live??? Constantly floods. Nothing done about it. Elder community left homeless while manager is comfy in her on site apartment. Band aids put over flood damage or is left unfinished while t enants have no choice but to leave their home. Many who dont have family in the area to fall back on? Poor excuses as to not having \"maintenance\". Is this really what we call a community for our elders? more ... hide ...

I truly hate to be someone to give this horrible of a review, but sadly here i am. The management is absolutely awful, they NEVER answer or call you back, & they always had maintenance coming in once a month to do stuff / inspect the apartment, so we always felt like we basically had no privacy. When we moved into our apartment they didnt clean it. There were cobwebs everywhere in every single room, the carpet was not replaced, & they didnt clean out the fridge or freezer. The windows didnt lock & i didnt notice this until living there for 4 months, i just had a dream someone came through the window to take my newborn baby¦ So of course i checked all four windows & not a single one of them locked. When i put a maintenance order in about they said they KNEW the windows didnt lock!!! We turned in our rent during the 5 day grace period & they threw it away by accident & tried to evict us for missing ONE months rent because THEY threw the envelope away & even admitted to doing so!!! During the year & a half that we lived here they upped rent twice. We always had bugs in the apartment, we dont know how or why but this was an issue since we had a child & who wants to live with bugs on all of their things? There is a lot more i could say, which is very sad, but its the truth. Did it do until we found our home, yes. Would we recommend these apartments to anyone we know, absolutely not! more ... hide ...
