Lived here for about 5 years total. The first three years were fine until they got new property managers. They refused to fix anything, we had a leaking water heater and the appliances were outdated. The bathroom sink fe ll off once and it took them almost two weeks to fix. There was a no central air and only the living room had a ceiling fan. The rental office received a makeover though complete with an AC unit and laminate flooring. They refused to replace carpet even though it was in the lease to be replaced yearly, and there was always trash around because people refused to dump it correctly in the dumpster and the maintenance guys didnt pick anything up. They refused to pick up leaves and as a result there was a few years accumulation in front of your door. We had windows that they nailed shut and refused to open. The property manager at that time, Tina, was extremely rude and condescending. They started letting the wrong crowd in and pretty soon all you saw were drug deals and all you heard were police sirens. The only plus is that its on the busline if you dont have a car and Woodward High School is in your backyard. more ... hide ...

Nosey neighbors,lack of privacy, people bumpin loud music in there car and the neighbors are very loud over here no peace no quiet i am really considering moving out of these apartments because i dont like my neighbors o r the environment neighborhood watch there are people stalking other people sittin in there car with there headlights on just watching and driving pass the apartments this is not at all a safe place to live and im really thinking about moving out more ... hide ...
