Henryetta Lake village apartments is a joke the maintenance \"man\" loses the key and the office lady yells at u and states you changed the locks with out our permission when I was told by her to go buy your own door kno b and replace it just bring us a key and which I did but then shortly after I found my house key outside on the ground (thank goodness I found it) also Ive made 5 phone calls today to the office and was being ignored by the office manager until on the last call she finally answered!Several calls for maintenance to fix shower head(which I replaced my self due to barely any water running from the one that was on it) bath tub, toilet, and busted windows which was infact broken when I moved into my apartment still has not been fixed. Im being blamed for a unregistered dog in my apartment while it is her cousin/family member is down stairs with a unregistered Pitt bull who also at 12:30 at night her boyfriend decides to go outside and start and run his dirt bike under the stairs well so its very loud and wakes my 6year old daughter up on a school night. Then the lady down stairs and under me comes out cursing me about my children being up at 9pm during the summer infront of my children! This place is horribly ran and have been told by several residents how they are also treated the same way! Also not very many places in henryetta for low income single mothers to afford have been trying to stick it out but it is getting bad! more ... hide ...

I moved to Parkway Village in 2008. I live in the rear and have a nice view of the woods. I am very comfortable and feel safe and secure here. I have awesome neighbors and we help each other as needed which has made u s more like family. I cant imagine ever moving from here. The manager and assistant manager are both easy to talk to and they work with you whatever happens to come up. We have very good maintenance workers. They are very competent , friendly and household problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently. My dog Sheldon has made friends with everyone in my building and the adjacent one and has most of these good neighbors buying him treats. I had to wait about a month to get my one-bedroom and I feel like I was very lucky to do so. The grounds are kept neat and clean, the shrubs are pruned, flowers are planted each year and the manager doesnt put up with any funny business or disruptive people. She tries very hard to protect everyones rights to live in a safe environment that is also peaceful. Thank you for the opportunity to write this review. more ... hide ...
