this is in regards to the sub-standard conditions at Autumn woods apartments 704 s. filmore wagoner oklahoma. we have black mold in multiple units. no water. sewage backing up into units. bed bugs. roaches. we have elder ly getting sick from the conditions. children also. nothing is being done about it from management. the black mold in particular is rampant in most units. they are h.u.d. apartments. they are stillreceiving funding and yet the conditions are worse than 3rd world. please help us. ~~~~~~~~~message from tenant to channels 2,6, and 8 1-4-22 more ... hide ...

Disclaimer: I noticed they stopped responding to her again. And then noticed my review was gone. There has also been more that has happened since the original post and updates.Visiting someone who lives here and has been complaining about the heat. They have a medical condition, but the apartments have told them that their A/C works \"as intended.\" Anyways, heres a picture of the thermometer in their living room.Update: still no AC at their apartment, they did send out an electrician who said that the outlet didnt even give out enough power to make the AC function right. So good to know theyll say anything to not have to fix things. Theres plenty of other stuff that they have been made aware of multiple times that are yet to be fixed as well.Update 2: well they finally got a refurbished AC unit, works great! In the process of installing it, while the tenant was in the hospital, they broke the pegs off of her book case, left nails on the kitchen floor and screws in the couch, they stained one of her expensive couch cushions her aunt gave her, left most of their trash in the apartment and on the porch, and stole her duct tape.Another update: the person living here receiving a government utility check has been receiving checks for her single bedroom in the amount of ~$14.00. however when they try to make an appointment to see why its so low they are always turned away or unable reach anyone. Recently they received a notice for how much their checks should be. They should have been receiving $74.00 from the looks of it. more ... hide ...
