Here is a picture of the thermometer in their living room. Update: still no working AC, an electrician came and said that the outlet wasn't supplying enough power for the AC to function properly. Clearly, they will say anything to avoid having to fix things. Additionally, there are plenty of other issues that have been brought to their attention multiple times, yet remain unfixed. Update 2: finally, they got a refurbished AC unit, which works great! However, while the tenant was in the hospital, the installers broke the pegs off of her bookcase, left nails on the kitchen floor and screws in the couch, stained one of her expensive couch cushions that her aunt gave her, left their trash in the apartment and on the porch, and stole her duct tape. Another update: the person living here, who receives a government utility check, has been getting checks for a single bedroom in the amount of ~$14.00. However, when they try to make an appointment to see why it's so low, they are always turned away or unable to make contact. Recently, they received a notice for the amount their checks should be, which was $74.00. more ... hide ...

Disclaimer: I observed that they had once more stopped replying to her, and then noticed my review had vanished. Additionally, a lot has occurred since the first post and updates. I visited somebody who dwells here and has been complaining about the heat; they have a medical condition, but the apartments have told them the A/C operates "as intended". So, it is good to know they will say anything to avoid having to fix things. There are a lot of other stuffs that they have been notified of on many occasions that have yet to be sorted out too.Update 2: eventually they got a reconditioned AC unit, and it works perfectly!
