There was standing water in my bathroom floor that smelt like sewage and I called the landlord, she sent the maintenance man out and he cleaned it up and said there wasnt anything wrong and to call the office if it h appened again. About a week later I noticed my daughters closet was soaked. All the stuff on the floor in her closet had to be thrown away because it got destroyed and had mold on it. We left because it isnt safe to have a toddler ( shes 1 ) there and not to mention Im 9 months pregnant ( my c section is scheduled in 2 weeks ) the landlord told me that I can stay in the apartment but i would have to work around the fans they have laying out as an attempt to dry the carpet. They told me they would replace the carpet in my daughters closet but it would take them a week or 2 before it got done. I went back to the apartment on a Saturday to check on the place and see if they had made any progress and there were keys in my door,( which my neighbor told had been there all day ), door was unlocked but no other sign of progress in the apartment at all. Its been a weekend now and nobody has been there to do anything about it. If I could give this place a lower rating, I would. more ... hide ...

First off NOBODY IS EVER in the office! The recording states business hours are 8:30-5:30. DONT bother calling at 5 or after, you will NOT get anyone to answer (IF she is here)! They need to insulate better because we h ear all the music and people walking around upstairs. THEY DO NOTHING about NOISE & LOUD music complaints! THEY DO NOT ENFORCE HANDICAP parking! They need to repaint lines so some people can see where & how to park! The office lady doesnt follow through with enforcing anything. So Shawnee P.D. gets to take care of what shes getting paid to do! SHE NEVER RETURNS CALLS! Both times I have went to do laundry 2 out of 3 washers work, and 1 out of 3 dryers work! No trash can for dryer sheets or lint! I dont see how so much is not up to code for this place being Government Subsidized! I WILL be going to higher authorities! Something has to be done! more ... hide ...

I went months without heat !! Even in this ice storm they dont care about you at all . The water dont work , the heat dont work nothing works dont waste your time !! & the ladies in the office are VERY di srespectful!! they have had like 12 managers in 2 years !! This isnt where you wanna pay rent at ! Its NOT WORTH IT . they lost my key , they have lost my check before as well !! Dont trust these ppl !! more ... hide ...
