Everything on the floor of the closet had to be discarded since it was ruined, with mold on it. Due to the fact that I have a one-year-old toddler, and I am almost at the end of my nine months of pregnancy, with my c-section scheduled in two weeks, we chose to move out because it was not safe. The landlord told me I could remain in the apartment, but I had to "work around the fans" they had put down as an effort to dry the carpet. They declared they would replace the carpet in my daughter's closet, but it would take them a week or two before it's done. I went back to the apartment on a Saturday, to examine the place and see if any progress had been made, but there were keys in my door, (which my neighbor declared had been there all day), the door was unlocked, yet no other indication of development in the apartment. It's been a weekend, and nobody has been there to do anything about it. If I were able to give this place a lower rating, I would. more ... hide ...

Not a bad place to live Except for upstairs neighbors who are loud Drunk alot throwing up on stairs has a dog in the apt but thats just above me Others neighbors are reasonably quiet
