They always turned the water off. Half the time they wouldnt tell us. Longest the apartment complex went without water almost a week. Some of peoples in the apartment complex start buying water and going to 7-11 store ge tting water to flushing the toilet. Ladies in the office never stayed in the office when you need ask them for something. They want let you know when you have package in the office. I had package in the office like week I didnt know. I checked my tracker on my package. He told it been in the office about week. A lot people got air conditioning in the window. By law they have to fix the air conditioning. Otherwise apartment complex broke the law. more ... hide ...

This place could be nice but if staff doesnt care about the residents then the residents will stop caring. Me, on the other hand, I like where I live to be nice no matter what staff does or doesnt do! Sad and shameful be cause the apartments are nice. With some TLC they could be good government housing. Just because people need help to live doesnt mean they dont deserve to live in a clean, roach free environment, where the plumbing works correctly. The people that dont want that, get rid of them! Our business has been using this store for years with great service. But the new owners do not know what they are doing or dont care, or simply want to make money at our expense. They are only offering you the services they want you to have not the most economical. I have worked in shipping for over 30 years and know both UPS and USPS regulations and fees. These people do not have a clue what they are doing. I have tried telling them exactly what service I want and they will argue with me. One young man told me I had to ship a package 2nd day air to San Angelo, when in fact UPS ground would get it there in 2 days at half the price. We tried to mail an envelope today to the IRS and they told us all the IRS addresses were the same and they didnt know how to mail it so that we could get a return receipt. Our employee even told them \"the green card\". The large envelope should have been approximately $1.30 for first class mail and another $2.85 for the return receipt. But instead they charged her $23.00 . Needless to say, we will not be using this store anymore. So sorry that such a good store has gone soooooo very bad. The only reason I gave them one star was because it would not let me post my comments unless I did. more ... hide ...
