I have lived at Woodleaf Village Apartments now for over 2 years and I feel BLESSED everyday. The manager, Felicia is warm and welcoming. She goes out of her way to make myself and others feel heard and taken care of. I always feel her passion and love for what she does every time I interact with her. She is timely and efficient and I can count on her to get things done. I have never had such an honest and genuine relationship with any other property manager before. She cares about the residents here at Woodleaf. Her compassion and kindness make her a step above the rest. Finally someone with a solid work ethic and a heart. ¤ I would also like to give a BIG THANKS to Chris, the amazing woman we are proud to have as Maintance. She is exceptional. She is prompt and timely when ever I need anything fixed. She goes out of her way to make sure I am happy and I am be beyond grateful to her. I feel comfortable when she in my home and totally at ease in her presence. Her willingness and smile warm my soul. Hats off to these wonderful women! Management is a joke. They gave my single mother sister with 5 kids a place and even a job but they were only trying to exploit her which was evident when they had no qualms kicking her and her 5 kids out and firing her only a month later. A single mother with 5 kids now homeless and jobless with 14 days to leave. Who does that? I could tell from the beginning something was off, they tried to get her to a real estate license in her name so they could do business under it, very shady people doing shady stuff... no one wants to live where you have swindlers for management... stay away! more ... hide ...

Ive been paying 725 for rent for the last three and a half years. Now all the sudden I owe my apartment $60 because they chose to tell us that were supposed to be actually paying 730. When going in to talk about the mist ake on the paperwork I received. I was greeted kindly by a lady who works in the front and as I started telling her my problems a lady from the back starts hollering that I was wrong. Didnt come out until after I said no thats not correct. Then when I started to explain to her the situation she continued to cut off my sentences and be rude. When I started to get flustered and frustrated she told me that I was being rude and that I needed to leave. Was refusing to give me back my paperwork that they just put on my door. In the last three and a half years I have not once had a complaint by anyone. Now all the sudden theres marks all over our record saying different. This isnt right and this isnt fair. Im so done living here. These people are awful and money hungry and dont care about anybody but themselves and their paycheck. more ... hide ...
