This is by far the worst managed Rental property I have ever gone through. After over two months of waiting for a home that was promised to me, the day before I was supposed to get my keys, they told me that I was over i ncome. They went off my highest paystub from March instead of what I normally make. My boss was going to write them a letter, they would not except it. For two months. Two whole months. I rented Air B&Bs and stayed with friends. I was in constant contact with the manager, Leslie. Everything was set in stone and everything was promised. When all of this came up, Leslie just ignored me. I would call an email trying to get the situation figured out and Leslie ignored me. She didnt have the guts to tell me herself that I didnt get the duplex. Even though I fit the income criteria, they denied me. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. After reading the response on every one of these reviews. The office has had many proofs of others breaking their lease and nothing was ever done about it so where does that leave a tenant? Thinking others get favored. I stopped coming to visit a friend who lives in building 2 because its so bad in the office cannot deny it they are well aware of it. It all began of June 2018 when building went downhill and it does not help when others think they are the manager and they run building 2 and thinking they can get away with anything they do and can threaten others and harass others and tell other there live will to be taken. Once again the office cant even deny this because they even heard this person themselves threatened. My friend has lived here for a very long time and its very hard to see this person go through a lot of things. Bottom line is that no one should be playing manager and no one should be trying to run a building because the only person that should be putting down the rules is Helen. I understand completely Helen is doing the best that she can do. And hopefully someday before its too late and someone does end up seriously being hurt that building two can be turned around and go back to the way it used to be.No matter how hard anyone tried theres always going to be a drug problem and thats not the office fault and no matter what the drama will always be there once again thats not the office fault. But someone playing manager and thinking they run a place and they can do what they want and go around torturing somebody and making them feel uncomfortable and not wanting to live here that is something that can be stopped and that is something that has been proves in the office is aware of it. Its just sad to see people scared and looking over their shoulders and worrying about going outside or their Apartments because its not safe. That is just point blank sad to see. Its also sad to see how much one person can control a whole building and also sad to see how much one person can destroy other peoples life and its also sad to see people pay for their rent and a roof over their heads in the end up getting treated like this. Ive asked myself many times is the office just afraid of an outlaw and thats why they wont put their foot down or take control of building 2? The person who plays manager and has stroke and over building 2 does whatever whenever he feels like it and nothing would never been done about it. Smokes weed cigarettes on the porch goes around harassing threatening once again the office is very very much aware of this. Its just a very very very sad situation. more ... hide ...

The current manager here - Seirra - has been picking on my mother for over a year now. Shes accused my mom of lying, threatened to evict us when my mom was pregnant, and now shes harassing my mother even more, even thoug h my mom has done everything right and is a very good tenant. The manager only treats my mom like this, but shes nice to me and my brother? Truth be told my moms ex used to chat with Sierra and tell lies about my mom because he was abusive and didnt want anyone to believe our story. Since then Sierra has been PICKING on my mother, and making her cry. If this doesnt get dealt with soon, were eventually taking it to court, because we as tenents have renters rights and tenant rights, but the manager has ZERO right to harass and berade my mother. Ive tried calling the supervisors the manager works for but nothing. If the manager keeps treating tenants like this then court will become a part of the process. more ... hide ...
