I lived there for 3 yrs. Initially everything went fine. Then, these ppl, whom I called the hillbillies moved in. They constantly screamed at their kids. Let them run amouck and yell right by my windows, management never did anything. Then They backed their truck up to my front door and blew exhaust in, my kids have asthma. Nothing was done about it. When they moved the apt smelled so bad and had maggots all over, I could smell it through the shared wall. My spot was constantly being taken by guests. My kids were always bullied as many parents dont monitor their kids. One child assaulted my daughter at 4 yrs old and hit here repeatedly with a wire stake, She had welts. Another boy punched my other daughter in the back. And when we finally moved they sued us over $450 because they took too long to cash our check. And they took the deposit evene though we left it clean. oh and when they sued us they took way more than we owed and we almost lost the house we had just bought and we had to take a Payday loan to make sure our kids had food. more ... hide ...

The management here @ Town Center Station is a joke! They are hardly in the office and half the time dont even make it in the two days they are supposed to be working. They ignore problems and residents are pretty much a llowed to do whatever they want. If you have an emergency they dont respond in a timely manner to get it resolved.Even though these apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, multiple residents are smoking in their units which stinks up the hallways. This gets worse during the summer when people leave their front doors open for hours to get free AC from the hallway. The hallway carpets never get shampooed and are dingy and filthy. Both stairwells hardly get mopped anymore and people spill beer and spit on them regularly, which is disgusting. I have seen multiple mice and rats around the perimeter of the building. I have also caught a man on multiple occasions sleeping in the entry way, laundry room, and common areas during the night and early morning.Maintenance requests are half-ass completed and residents destroy and trash their units. When we moved in, our apartment was a mess and multiple things were broken. The recycling on our floor hasnt been taken out for two and a half weeks now and is overflowing. Also management only gives one parking permit per unit now which is very frusterating if you have two vehicles as we do. There is no where safe to park overnight around here. They should really offer one additional permit for a small monthly fee. more ... hide ...

The manager Ingrid is the WORST person to work with. Someone tried to break into my daughters apartment and SHE got charged $200 to unbend the window screens that were already bent when she moved in, and put them back up . What a joke. Harassing everyday to pay more money on a deposit that was $0. Or shed be evicted. I think the whole company is crooked. Either that, or Ingrids pocketing the extra money she harasses the tenants for. I wonder if the head people have ever asked themselves why theres Such a high turn over rate. more ... hide ...
