The lot contains cars from Washington, Idaho, and other states, as well as cars without stickers, broken cars that are never driven, and cars that are towed even with a permit. You cannot park along the street, and the other apartment complexes have their own parking restrictions. Getting a return call from the manager is impossible. It appears as if there is no one in charge. The assistants at the office are basically there to take messages that never get answered. The maintenance personnel are never around. I have waited over six months for simple repairs before. I'm still waiting for someone to look at my dishwasher. To sum up, it's best to stay away from this place. I wouldn't suggest it to anyone, and I would tell those interested to be careful. I have been a resident for over three years, but I do not have the strength or the money to retrieve my car from towing. more ... hide ...

They don't care about issues, and tenants are able to do whatever they want. In case of an emergency, they don't respond quickly enough to solve it. Even though the apartments are supposed to be non-smoking, many occupants are smoking inside their units, making the hallways smell bad. During summer, people keep their doors open for hours to take advantage of the air conditioning from the hallway, making the stench even more unbearable. The carpet in the hallway never gets cleaned and is grimy and filthy. The stairwells are not mopped any more, and people routinely spill beer and spit on them, which is repugnant. I have seen rodents around the building, and I have also caught a man dozing in the entry way, laundry room, and common areas during the night and dawn. Maintenance requests are only partially done and people destroy their apartments. When we moved in, our unit was a mess and multiple things were broken. The recycling bin on our floor has not been emptied for two and a half weeks and is overflowing. Also, management only grants one parking permit per unit, which is a real annoyance if you have two vehicles, like us. There is nowhere safe to park overnight in the area.
