I thought this would be a good place to put my dad for rehab but no sooner did I put them in there the nightmare started this place is absolutely horrible. Half of them dont even know what theyre doing they lose documents they dont write the stuff down they overmedicated my dad they lost a stool sample and then when you go to try to get help theres nobody to talk to you they say things to you like I dont know what to tell you I dont know what we can do for you are you kidding me you were supposed to be a professional organization and you cant direct somebody to help me my dad. He has been sicker than ever since hes been there he doesnt get the care that he needs I dont even know where half of them got their degree. If you decide to put your parent in here you better be a good advocate keep a watch and all their pills that they are receiving this stay on top of it I absolutely do not recommend this place more ... hide ...

I have NEVER been bullied so bad in my life as when I worked at this facility. This is the MOST rude and UNPROFESSIONAL place I have ever worked in my life. The people who actually care about the residents and do a good job get endlessly taken advantage of and treated like dirt. While the lazy employees who dont care are constantly praised. There is some serious bullying going on between the nurses and other CNAs, and management does not care. If you go to them, they dont investigate. They always side with the nurses too. I was literally told by a nurse supervisor \"the nurses will always be above you because they are needed more than you are.\" I came to work in fear everyday after what happened to me and it was really not okay and nothing was done. More than half the staff at this place is agency and they give the agency people whatever they want. The agency nurses and aides run this place. If youre regular staff you are overlooked and forgotten. Management is terrible, scheduling is terrible. I was scheduled for every single holiday when it was supposed to be every other and the scheduler would argue and refuse to take you off even if it wasnt your holiday. In the couple months I was there, I only requested one day off and was denied. They like to portray that this is a clean facility, but its not. Ive seen roaches on ever single floor in the skilled care unit. Housekeeping barely does anything and residents always complain about the lack of cleaning too. I would never work here again even if it was the only place hiring and I wouldnt trust having a family member here with all the issues going on. Its sad because these residents deserve so much better. more ... hide ...
