A burden seemed to have been taken off my shoulders. At first, the place was great to work for, however, with countless higher-ups coming and going, it gradually fell apart. I hurt myself in the line of duty and had many family matters concurrently. I was a very dedicated worker and my patients adored me and knew my intentions were genuine. The nursing supervisors and timetable maker called me a liar, asserting I wasn't wounded, however, I had records affirming my injury and how serious it was. I had never been treated so mercilessly by a business, so I left, and later heard other lies about me from the supervisor. This specific supervisor is known to have verbally abused other employees, yet they still have their job. The only thing this facility cares about is money. They don't care about the inhabitants or employees. Had they, they wouldn't permit these things to occur to great, hard-working people. It's a pity since there are certain residents who still wish good people like me were still working there and aiding them. I will never set foot on the property again due to the torment and humiliation those people caused me.more ...hide ...
I have never before experienced such intense bullying as I did when I worked at this facility. It is the rudest and least professional place of employment I have ever encountered. It is the rudest and least professional place of employment I have ever encountered. Hard-working staff are taken advantage of, yet those who don't put in effort are praised. Bullying runs rampant among nurses and CNAs, yet management turns a blind eye to it all. A supervisor even told me "nurses will always be above you because they are needed more than you are." I came to work every day afraid after what happened and nothing was done about it. Agency personnel get whatever they want while regular staff goes unnoticed and forgotten; management is abysmal, scheduling even worse--I asked for one day off in the two months I was there but it was denied! This place is nothing like how they advertise; roaches were everywhere on every floor of skilled care units, housekeeping rarely does anything, and residents complain constantly about lack of cleaning. If given the choice again, I wouldn't work here or recommend anyone else does either; these people deserve so much better than this!more ...hide ...
