This is subsidized housing and if you need a place to live and dont make enough to pay the outrageous rents out there, its very helpful. Its pretty quiet here and the kids can play on the grounds safely. Ther e is a mold problem especially in the summer when its humid. I had to get a full size humidifier because I was getting sick from it, and I had to use Kilz paint in the high mold areas. The electric is expensive since you need to keep the ac/heat units and ceiling fan plus humidifier on to control the mold. Still, Im thankful I can live here instead of a bad neighborhood or with abusive people like before. How you feel about this place will depend on your situation. more ... hide ...

WOW first off false advertising. I dont know why you are listing these homes for rent if they are nowhere near available for the next 2+ years. If you found this community on apartments.com it says there is a waiting list BUT that they are available in September/October. I tried to get on this waiting list, no one answered my emails so I call and am treated very rudely for my questions and confusion as to why these apartments are not available when they said they were. A 2 bedroom isnt available for 2-3 years and a 3 bedroom isnt available for 5-6 years. Maybe you should stop advertising to people who are desperate for a roof over their and their childrens heads, if you cant even offer anything and your employee who answers the phone is rude. Didnt even get a goodbye or anything after I said thank you she just hung up on me. more ... hide ...

Laura is the best keeps our properties beautiful! She caring she takes care of us! I feel so safe on this property! Our manager is struck but a heart of gold! She seams to have lived our life! No discrimination in our ap ts! Laura doesnt play! She allows use to live in our homes no bugs no mess hallways stay clean clean clean! She young and she fabulous! Shell listen to us no matter how busy she is she show equally among us! She favors no one over no one she treats us equal! I was in my share of stuff sick a lot shes cares for our old people! Manager never answers phone, when you go to the office she is never there and when she is she talks to you through the speaker but allows others in side her office. Corporate office said the Waitlist would be put back ou t so everyone can see it and it still hasnt been done. I hate calling since you never answer the phone I guess I will call corporate again. more ... hide ...
