Roaches, bedbugs, mice and then there is the quality of some of the residents. Not any better. And I have a friend who has lived there for 18 years, who I wont even visit unless Im forced to do so, without so much as a p eep from a social worker to help house him.The \"residents\" of the Tower are forced to share a bathroom with 20 other people and they have no cooking facilities. Just two people on my friends floor died in the past year from overdose. That accounts for 10% of the people on his floor. They have narcan but it is usually stolen from the location that it is placed for the residents to use.All-in-all a terrible place to be. Maybe they would do better if they actually applied funds that were allocated to them. more ... hide ...

I was visiting a relative at University heights apartments, very big mistake for anyone who is thinking about renting an apartment from Fairfield properties!! First, the police and the fire department are constantly in t he complex parking lot because they receive numerous calls from tenants!! Second, tenants and visitors are constantly blasting there music day and night!! No peace and quiet and you can not be comfortable in your relatives apartment for one day!! Management wont and refuses to resolve this on going issue!! Third, University Heights is not a pet friendly place, people find hurt and almost dying animals thrown into the dumpster on their parking lot property and office management refuse to investigate the situation or help!! Security camera are never working in there complex parking lots, so you have to be extremely careful because this is an unsafe area especially on there property!! Peoples car got there windows smashed and tires stolen off their cars!!Fourth, appliances always break, especially the thermostat which does not regulate the temperature!! Office management gives tenants a very hard time no matter what the problem is!! Fifth, they also increased the rent by hundreds to a thousand dollars more each month!! If you enjoy this trouble and problematic environment, than University Heights in Providence RI is your place to rent an apartment!! more ... hide ...
