Currently a resident here and not at all pleased here anymore! Over the years, weve gone through so many different landlords and maintenance crew. Nobody ever lasts but a couple of months. Overall, the neighborhood i s nice but things either dont get done properly or in an efficient timeframe or simply just ignored. When it comes to your yearly recertification, its always a hassle because youre either informed last minute and required to do things on their time verses what works best for your schedule. Nobody barely answers the phone in the office, you have to actually walk over there to speak with someone. Nothing is ever done about noise complaints! I would really do your research thoroughly before considering this property as your home besides the waiting list is extremely long anyways. Look elsewhere!!!!! more ... hide ...

My fianc© and I lived here about a year ago and I decided to leave a review after seeing a review from someone had a similar experience as us. We moved out about a month before our lease ended (we still had a month on o ur lease so the apartment was still ours) and the day we moved we left some things at Glenhaven due to us not having room in the UHaul. We went back to pick it up the next day and half of our things were stolen, including two laptops. There were also cigarette butts in the sink (we dont smoke) and trash everywhere that didnt belong to us. The doors were locked when we left, so someone used a key to get in. Someone broke in again the next day when we went to clean the apartment, and we had made sure to lock the doors the night before due to the first incident. We told the manager when turning our keys in about the incident and they did nothing about it. This place is unsafe, dirty, and run down. This is only one of the countless issues we had, so save yourself the trouble and rent somewhere else. more ... hide ...
