The leasing manager is very rude, but very nice when trying to rent to you though. They have mold in the apartments and will not get rid of it. My daughter and I have been sick because of the mold in these apartments. My sister and friend also found mold growing in their apartments as well. We all moved out because of the mold in vents, behind walls, and underneath the flooring that they only painted over. Also the air conditioning or heat does not work! It works fine down stairs but when you go upstairs heating or cooling does not work. Another reason I moved out because they refused to fix that also. After moving out because of these conditions and my lease was up, I left the apartment clean and free from anything that could cause me not to get my deposit back. Also provided two months in advance notice that I was leaving. After so many visits of going to the office because my deposit was not given back to me, even providing documents on before and after how I left the apartment my deposit was still not refunded to me. I was also told that I was going to receive a letter from them when I questioned the charges. I never got a letter from them. This is a money hungry apartment complex, they will find any excuse to keep your deposit. BEWARE!! This Hasnt only happen to me either! more ... hide ...

Horrible place to live. The maintenance guy Frank Johnson is the worst person ever. Instead of him doing his job all he does is patrol the property and tell the front office every thing. If he actually did his job then maybe this would be an ok place to live. I Do Not recommend these apartments, because of him he will make you regret moving in. more ... hide ...

Poor managementThe complex has had 3 different apartment managers in the year and a half that I have been here. The current managers are never there and rarely answer the phone. The apartments are poor in quality and the ir idea of \"renovating\" is to apply a fresh coat of paint to everything. Including but not limited to the bathroom and sink. The carpet has never been replaced. The refrigerator was dirty and there was a juice spill in the bottom with dead roaches, fruit flies, spiders and somehow earwigs. There were belongings of the old tenants that were left there. Junk drawer full of literal junk, wrappers and dead roaches, old bird bath washcloths under the sink, old pots and pans and dirty cooking items that were left behind. The sink stops up repeatedly because the the stopper fell into the drain before I moved in and is stuck. They came to repair the drain once and didnt bother to move it. The neighbors are ratchet to the nth power. There are arguments in the parking lot at least once a week. My neighbors are loud and rude (not on purpose, I should mention. They act normally by their social rules) there is a thick smell of weed in the air most warm nights. There are gunshots heard regularly. You could almost set a watch to it.The place is roach infested. The little ones and the water bugs. Wolf spider EVERYWHERE. Harmless, but scary af. Honestly, I moved here because I had no choice. I stayed because I had no choice. Im moving because my options have opened up. If you are not used to living in \"the hood\", seeing as how this area is so affectionately referred to as \"the bottom\", I wouldnt move here. Stay where you are, work on your credit and find a decent paying job and apply with powers, Grantham, or Hodge. The pictures were taken after I moved in in September 2017. more ... hide ...
