Most nasty place ever. Infested with roach bugs and bed bugs. Night mangers use to call me racial slurs. When the bug man comes to spray he use sugar water witch would make them come out more. Mold in the ceilings. When he had something wrong with our apartment the office would say the would come but then never showed up to do there job. There are crack Needles all over the playground. My lil brother picked up one and we had to rush him to the hospital thankfully he comeUp with no infections but it was still a worry to us. This place needs check out by corporate but every time I call no one woudl answer. I recommend you not apply for the apartment complex. This is the last place you wanna ever take your family to live in.if you do good luck to you and your family. more ... hide ...

NICE Apt nice location horrible management owner lives in lousinana if you contact him he will say if you dont like it move out you have to haggle with apt mgr about maintenance maintenance man has had police called on him by a tenant rent increased $100 mo. moved into motel to get out more ... hide ...

Very spacious for a family of 5, its quite for the most part very rarely do you have to hear loud music being played, kids go in at curfew, always someone cleaning around the apartments, the leasing office manager is ama zing shes always helpful always patient, (ex: when I ran out of cream she gave me creamer :-) sounds small but when ur a parent and running off of a few hours of sleep a small gesture as that really means alot.) Maintenance always fixes everything in a timely manner. If you are looking for a place to call home I will recommend this place.Con: If your not a bug person boom the apartment bf for moving as precautions, Theres indoor centipede that are super creepy and outdoor ones come in as well, water bugs when it rains really bad and then regular bugs to deal with being its surrounded by woods.I only saw a snake once and they took care of that asap and never saw another. more ... hide ...

This place isnt what I expected. I moved here from Boston, MA and found out they are closed Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday. Also the office closes at 4 during the days they are open. Any package you order, you will n ever get because the delivery companys need a key to enter the breezeways. If they happen to give the package to the office, the office NEVER tells you its there. I waited two weeks for an over nighted package before and when I called to see if it was there,they said it was there for two weeks. If you ask them to leave it in front of your door before they leave for the day they say they will but dont. My lease is up in November and I cant wait to move. Im highly disappointed with this property and the company Freeman and Web which is who they represent. more ... hide ...
