I have never been so disgusted with an apartment complex as this one! Within a few months of being there 2 individuals attempted to break into our apt , our mailbox gets pryed open several times with and noone does anyth ing about it, and must i say dont attempt to go outside after dark!people walk around like zombies one of them dropping their needles at night which we had to call police to remove. Broken dishwasher, broken kitchen light that maintanence says they cant fix because part is on back order, i call bull! After reminding them numerous times i gave up. . Office staff Was rude several times. Im sorry but Find another job if its so hard to push a pen. Honestly the place needs bulldozed and rebuilt with new management and more security, Walking security that is and gated! Kept my deposit to, i figured they needed it more than i did, ow well, we are very happy to be out! keep scrolling down and then tell me my accusations isnt true! everyone will tell you this place is a dump! more ... hide ...

This place is horrible. My mom has lived there for several years. People tattle on each other like they are 2. They wont fix anything that needs to be fixed. They let who ever in there and let people smoke when they a rent supposed to. HORRIBLE! more ... hide ...

They evicted me for no reason. Then they took me to court and sued me for things that was wear and tear on a apartment when you lived their for 4 years. I cleaned my apartment before I left. Many. Wouldnt come fix my fri dge. The bathroom vanity the sink was leaking and I put a work order in and they never came and fixed itself but somehow thats my fault. They charged me for blinds that they replaced everytime someone nee moves in. They charged me for carpet even though it was old when I moved in. The manger had it out for me the whole time I lived there she never liked me she was unfair always wanted to over charge me. Now I have been homeless every since she kicked me out.
