We contacted Gurleys for a hardscaping, lighting, and landscape quote per the recommendation of our builder. It was difficult to get a response to the inquiry, and when we finally got the proposal, it was ridiculously ex pensive -- not to mention that it was not complete. When we repeatedly asked for revisions based on our needs, we had to wait for the sales rep / designer to respond. Overall, the proposal was not a good value, especially for the amount of effort it took to get it. I can only imagine how painful completing the project with these folks would have been. Flenniken Landing is not the same friendly/family environment it once was for so long. Unfortunately the current manager is responsible for this, she causes a great deal of chaos and confusion. She is unprofessional and flat out rude. The entire building needs repairs that management will not address, sadly there has not been a certified maintenance at Flenniken in years.
