Management is horrible. Shes never in the office.Manager is very rude to \"some\" residents. Everyones rent is different based on your relationship with her.You will never get her on the phone nor return your calls. She was a manager at Stonebridge bridge Apts residents petitioned her out. I WILL NOT SAY WHY. Some residents are not treated equally. Theres is a petition going around to have better management. If you call the corporate office which is in Atlanta. They wont return your call/email :Robert N. If the corporate office IS legit. Fraudulent activity going on at this place. I have been here for years. WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!My family had some rough times happen and we had to get my grandma into a safe place after being in the hospital and having seizures constantly. The property manager Tammy, was more harm than h elp. She lost TWO rent payments on purpose so we had to pay it again. She has threatened to kick my grandmother out and attempted to give her a 30 days notice verbally. After saying my grandma has her 30 days, she still wants the rent. The stress she has put upon my grandma has almost made her go into seizures again. There is also another elderly lady she is taking advantage of with payments. The nice lady cannot read so tammy had put it on a statement that she owed another months rent and the following months rent, when in reality she didnt. This government Housing really needs to get rid of her. I would never suggest letting yourself or others live in this complex. Its just setting everyone to be abused. more ... hide ...

Worst place ever to live. The landlord and maintenance man are married and have the same personality - HELP NO ONE! We had an infestation of mice and a snake come in to our apartment.
