Looks can be deceiving & you get what you pay for... this place is one step up from being homeless, but in every other regard its a nightmare. The walls are super thin- on 2nd & 3rd floors, if you bend down close to the ground, you can hear your downstairs neighbors like youre in the same room & your walls shake with every person walking up & down the stairs. The water pressure is so low that the showers dont work, because theres not enough pressure to hold the shower pulley open, the sprayer on the kitchen sink literally drips, it takes 2 hours to fill the washer for laundry & when you wash your hands or body you still feel soapy after rinsing off. Right now our air conditioner is broken- for 5 days - during the hottest time of the year & management marked my online maintenance request complete without fixing the AC. People sit in the parking lot blaring their radios at all hours of the day & night. The parking lot gate is broken half the time, & Ive never once seen any of the 3 pedestrian gates closed, let alone locked - why have the gates at all? No one picks up after their dogs. My windows face one of the dog potty areas & Ive only seen 1 person pick up their dogs pop - in two years... just walk or drive by the dog park & it smells 100% like a barn- all year round. Oh & the dumpster.... I cant reach the opening in the 1/2 the time I try to take the trash out because there are trash bags piled up 4 feet high & 5 feet thick- & usually dumpster is far from full... just lazy, disgusting people who dont care. My car was stolen from the parking lot last year- by another resident & management did nothing- she didnt even follow federal victims law to protect us from the attackers & ended up making things notably worse for our family. & on the topic of management- yikes! Utterly horrible... dishonest, deceitful, liars. They allow the criminals on the property to get away with theft, threats & assaults & she [manager Marsha] only adheres to the rules she wants to, while bending other rules as she sees fit- shes the kind of manager that lets the property fall to disarray all year long, until its time for the owners to come for the yearly inspection, when shell have everyone running around frantically to bandaid the place until its presentable. Last summer, I reported that there were wasps nesting inside the walls on my patio that would swarm at me and my child... three months I waited & Marsha, promised it would be fixed a dozen times until finally telling me to just put duct tape over the entry holes...ummmm... I asked if she was seriously telling me to climb up on my 3rd floor patio railing & lean out to do this myself & she unapologetically said YES thats what she wanted me to do!!?!?! If this place is your only option, by all means take it until you can find better - but if you have other places to choose from, run away. Blessings! more ... hide ...

My mother has lived in this complex for a couple years now and her back door is not properly sealed and water comes through it whenever it rains. My mother said she has repeatedly asked to have the door repaired and it s till has not. I was just at my mothers apartment July 11th and her back door is still taped up which is unacceptable. Also, the managers (Denise) attitude is not suitable for working with the elderly or in customer service. My mother suffers from mental issues and severe anxiety and depression. She is on disability due to these conditions and Denise constantly yells at my mother, threatens to evict her when my mother refuses to back date documents pertaining to her rent payments. My mother is on section 8 and Denise shouldnt even be harassing my mother about the rent and making eviction threats. I will be making formal complaints in any way I possibly can because the way this lady treats my mother and other residents, is unacceptable. I get regular calls from my mother, upset because this woman has verbally abused her. This complex already has a deplorable rating of 1.3 which confirms what Im saying. The other reviews are accurate, based off of what I have seen when I visit my mother. more ... hide ...

Two Official cases of a bed bugs And rodents... FACT.. No one in the building has been notified about a potential outbreak of bed bugs... I am very disappointed with the treatment of the tenants I see here!

I love my apartment. I live here 6 n a half years . I think the office can do more for the seniors activity wise. Ive been told by many seniors they dont go to the pool because its not partially covered. N the sun is too much for them to handle. So NONE of the seniors go swimming. N its ridiculous that we can only have guests 2 days a week. So basically the pool is useless because we cant have more availability for family n friends. Other than that n the fact that no one ever cleans the floors on the 2nd n 3rd floors its ok... more ... hide ...
