STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!! this apartment complex is a joke. yes it cheap but there is a reason. i lived here for 4 months and left, I had a whole in my ceiling for a month and maintenance would not fix it until i contacted code compliance. conveniently i received a eviction notice a few weeks later after they were written up for several violations. I went to court and the judge sided with me because i guess they thought i wasnt going to bring proof that my rent was paid. i left in good standing and did not receive my deposit but instead they tried to hit me with a 1200 dollar \"cleaning\" fee. the apartment was left in better condition then when i moved in. the landlord is an ass and so are his kids. These are the worst apartment Ive ever lived in my whole entire life. No carpet no pool no amenities. Very little space. Bad water system little water comes out of the kitchen sink making it hard to wash dishes. Very lit tle water comes from the bathroom sink making it impossible to brush my teeth have to use bathtub. Thermostat doesnt work properly. And on top of all things a neighbor told me that it is Haunted ¨Worst Apartment ever cant wait to move out more ... hide ...

Crystal has made it so hard to move in. Ive seen her yell at maintenance she will postpone your move in to the extreme. Give you the run around, lose your paperwork and be rude to you degrade you. Corporate Mrs. Gloria a nd KC will ignore you. Maintenance is leaving due to Crystal screwing him over with his bonus and other obvious reasons. And Crystal will throw you under the bus so much to save her self. Told another resident about how her father is a successful pot smoker so that there is nothing wrong with smoking in the apartments. Prospera ought to be a shamed defending this woman. You lost so many people and maintenance in Guild Park. And Prospera will lose more if you ignore whats being said especially if youve answered the phone and failed to listen when it was hard to get a hold of youll in the first place. more ... hide ...

I lived here for two years its bn a nightmare the manager is rude and has filed false accusations against me she has come to the point where she even has evicted me without a cause Im taking it to court cause I have pape rwork that prospera has not want to help me in anyway this are government apartments and they do not care if they steal from you they protect themselfs its a shame my neighbors have problems as well but dont say or do anything about it cause they are afraid to loose their apartment thats why they are retaliationig against me I hope people see this and stand up for what they believe in.
