If I can rate no stars I would. I stayed there for three years and put $1500 down on my apartment the original managers was great. Then they started replacing them. And the new ones do not greet you when you come in. The y never answer the phone. The apartments are roach and rat infested. I had my at&t tech constantly coming in to rewire my internet because the rats was eating the wire. I moved out and its been about 50 days and they refuse to give me my deposit back. I call no one answers. Then when I come in the only person that can help me is in a meeting. I ask them about the information and they call the security on me. I ask for corperate number and the number was disconnected. I informed them and they didnt care they left the disconnected posted in the front for the residence . They locked me out the office for asking who do I need to speak to about my deposit. They are very unprofessional. Its against the law to with hold someone deposit but they are doing it. I am highly upset. I have never been treated so badly at a place I stayed at for years. Where is the better business business bureau at when you need them. Its laws against what they are doing. more ... hide ...

If youre over 55 and living on fixed income and looking for a place to stay: DO NOT CHOSE MONTGOMERY MEADOW APARTMENTS,! I have been here almost two years, paid my rent faithfully and on time! Im 64 years , has health i ssues...because of a pest issue that I had no control over or know how it came about Im responsible for the issue and since I cant afford to pay to have it treated, the management is asking me to vacant my apartment. Then when I told them I couldnt pay, gave me 4 days to get out!Ive never had this issue before so why is it my responsibility to treat their property? ! Im too poor to afford a lawyer but I know they cant evict me without proper documentation! Thank God I have family or I would be homeless! I will be notifying the local media about my situation because this treatment from this management is unfair!DO NOT CHOSE MONTGOMERY MEADOW APARTMENTS,! more ... hide ...

I looked at the apartment complex in April I was told I would be at a certain apartment on the second floor well I get a phone call first telling me rent went up before signing my lease then 2 days before I drive 3 hrs t o move I get a phone call to have my electric company turn the electric on at a different apartment on the 3rd floor. I suffer with chronic pain in my hips, back and feet I was so upset.I told the office my rent goes up before I move now Im moved to the 3rd floor.I told her I read reviews the elevators go down alot and sometimes for weeks I was told no we fix them right away..Well my movers moved me to the 3rd floor this last Sat and since that day the elevator has been out.I called 5 times waiting for someone to know and no return call.I have been in diar pain since Sat my pain is intensed due to taking my dog out 2 times a day.There are only tubs in the 2 bedroom otherwise its a shower.Im very pleased with the interior, clean and largeI hope this has been helpful to someone else.I wont believe anything I hear any longer. more ... hide ...
