Upon first viewing of the grounds I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments and the boundless amenities. Meeting with both manager (Maria) and assistant manager (Rhiannon) was an extreme pleasure. They both were extremely professional and helped me with all my moving needs.I have viewed some negative reviews, but I can honestly say that I had a very positive experience and would recommend Taylors Farm to anyone in search of a fantastic place to reside.Thank you Maria and Rhiannon for all you do. more ... hide ...

This place is a horrible place to call home. Please think twice before considering to move here. If I could give this 0 stars I would. These apartments are INFESTED with German cockroaches. Its disgusting. I wouldnt even recommend my worst enemy to live here. Not to mention the manger Belinda Deleon. Shes very unprofessional and unsympathetic to her residents. I have no idea how shes been able to keep her job as long as she has. I lived at these apartments for 5 years. I was in a 2bedroom for 4 years. Once I went almost 2weeks without AC, my son was only a couple of months old mind you that happened during the summer. She didnt care to have maintenance fix it in a timely manner. The only reason why it got fixed was because my husband called corporate to complain. We then moved to a 3bedroom for a year. The roaches were still bad. They took forever to come fix things. Belinda has a lot of family members living there like her daughter, her boyfriends son and his family, she also as Aunts and friends living there. She thinks shes the sheriff around there. I had a incident happen back in November of 2017 it was my sons 1st b-day party. We got a moon jump for the kids to play in. (No where in my lease stated moon jumps werent allowed also the day of the party we never bothered anyone, I made sure I cleaned up outside; there was no problem at all) it arrived 11am on a Saturday it was scheduled to get picked up later that evening at 7pm.(We did use an outlet outside since Ive seen others using it before) It was there all day long, an hour before it was going to get picked up; me, my sister-in-law, her friend and 3 of my kids got in it to jump well 10mins before 7pm Belinda comes over calling me to get out and told me these arent allowed(The 2 adults and my 3 kids are still inside) She was being very rude. Also we walked on the other side of the building because thats where it was plugged in, she told me why did I have it plugged in there and I told her Ive seen others use it so I didnt see a problem. She then told me I would be getting 2 infractions, 1 for the moon jump and the 2nd for using the outside plug mind you my family and I have never been a problem, we were always quite and to ourselves, always minded our own business. She then told me to walk back to go tell everyone in the moon jump to get out because she was going to pull the plug, by the time I had got to the other side of the building the moon jump was already deflated with my 3 kids and my sister-in-law and her friend still inside.(meaning she had pulled it already once I turned my back) Luckly the 2 other adults were still in there to help my babies get out. (The material to any moon jump is very heavy, would be hard for kids to hold the material and get out so most likely kids can suffocate) Belinda never walked over with me she turned and walked the opposite of me to walk back to her apartment. After that incident I could no longer stand her. I finally moved out. 3 months later she has never apologized for her wrong doing and I know shes seen me on the property when I did live there. (I do have an active police report filed again her for child endangerment) So again please think twice before moving here. more ... hide ...
