Welcome to Eduardo Luzardo Amazing Reviews today we are reviewing Peterson Place apartment in Dallas TxLooks 2/5These apartments are ok. ( Note that I am not a resident but have visited many times ) Look wise not so much its horrible they have improved over the year and it looks like management is stepping up and rebranding it self as family friendly affordable and great looking apartments but these apartments looks wise are sh*t inside and out!Management 1/5Management is horrible it takes months or a year to get your work order to actually be done as I spoke to residents Thursday Jan 23rd One resident said they have been requesting a carpet change for months but they said we have to see the carpet first its been 6 months and she never heard back horrible management the manager should be replaced and fired!!!!Area/Neighborhood -1/5Horrible just horrible shots heard at night gang shooting out tires management should improve security first with new gates new fences and barbed wire on the fences and covering some trenches digged up by people who try to sneak in. Management a police officer patrolling the area 3 times once every 4 days will not do enoughThings to do 4/5You do have a lot to do near these area just 2 min away car distance and 6 min walking distance is the Galleria mall one of the best malls in Texas and right across the street is a AMC movie theater previously owned by Valley View Mall which closed down a few years priorEnvironment 3/5A lot of schools in the area which is always great a little more far like 10-15 minutes car distance so most parents choose to send there kids on the bus every morning this is in the middle of Dallas so all schools that you are going to find will be part of Dallas ISDTotal Score: 1.8 round that to a 2Check out more of my reviews and give it a like see you next time and hopefully this review helped you out thanks! more ... hide ...

Wow, first off I want to say any information I got it was from the reviews. I was offered a unit by HATC and was mandated to call the office within TWO days to make an appointment to accept or decline the offer. I called the same day ofcorse! My kids and I have been living in a shelter for 9MONTHS we were excited to finally be accept. Only for my excitement to go down after speaking with the office the first time. I was cut off in mid conversation told that they dont have any units ready and itll be a couple of weeks which is literally 14 days. My number was verified by the office lady Im assuming ISA JUAREZ . So that was day 1. I reread my unit offer and then realize it said that if housing dont receive any written notice of acceptance on the 3rd day after the offer was sent by 5:00pm the offer will be denied and you have to wait 1year before applying to the apartment complex again. So I call the office and ask to speak with ISA for more information I was told that she was not in the office and my information was taken and told someone would give me a call back, this is when it got ugly. I called for the 3rd time requesting information, before I could get anything out I was transferred to both managers in the office ISA and a MAN who was also extremely unprofessional by telling my that theyre going to end the call because I was expressing anger and irritation toward the situation. I got furious at that time because I feel that they should validate individuals feelings being this is a disabled apartment complex they have no clue what my disability is and to be treated that way was stressful. I was told in a rude manner they were going to have my housing caseworker give me a call, still did not explain the situation besides the unit was not ready. I wouldve at least like to be aware of whats going on because a couple of weeks has passed. It just scares me that I have to deal with these people for a year and weve already started on the slate. Its ridiculous. why did I get treated like this? Because I am low income living in poverty? Because I am disabled at a young age ? Because I am not middle class, I would like this to be addressed. Just know I will not stop until I am treated like an equal citizen. Thanks for listening and good luck to anyone who may have to deal with this apartment complex in the future. I believe in customer service 100% thats why I rated the 1 star. more ... hide ...

If you have not heard about The Rosemont at Pemberton Hill, well let me tell you about a month ago my family came and applied and just could not believe the warmth of the atmosphere you could not tell that was the leasin g office. You walk in the door you are greeted, leaving you are acknowledged, and to top it off you are given refreshments and doing your paperwork you child or children can play a game to keep from getting on your nerves. The assist mgr, mgr,and the secretary enter act with the kids and all the residents walking in and out calling each one sir or maam. The things that they do you can tell they are not here just for a check it a passion. more ... hide ...
