I have always had such a wonderful experience speaking with Cathrine. We have been trying to get into an apartment there for a little while and life happens but she always keeps trying for us. Even when I keep calling ba ck she is the most pleasant woman to speak with. She always makes you feel so important, she remembers who you are, and she welcomes every phone call, no matter if you had to cancel a few times¦. She makes you feel so welcome to always try again. In beginning this apartment complex was fine but then you start to notice the roaches even if you keep your apartment super clean. I barely cook because of the roaches. First day I moved in a roach was on my face and bod y while I was sleeping. They paint over mold and the A/C unit starts acting up after 3-4 months. Maintenance will repeatedly say these apartments are very old. I dont like arguing because I already work 12 hour shifts but I made up my mind that I have to find better quality. And now they hired a towing company that instantly tow your visitors car. Literally theyre hiding in the parking lot and wait til your friend gets out your car and tow your vehicle less than 5 minutes. If you dont register your car. Theres only one good employee for this complex and its Samuel. The other lady is rude and doesnt let you speak, end of the day its business and they only care about collecting your money 1st of the month. I hope this help individuals that are apartment hunting.Above was my comment few months ago.Seriously if youre looking for a sign if you should or shouldnt lease with this apartment complete, this is it! They do not care what so ever. I attached a picture of my wall thats never been repaired for 3 months now and be careful because they apartments has history with fires. The other apartments around this area is better and their appliances are 10x better too. And maintenance dont care about my wall. I was patient and didnt complain much but they only care about collecting the rent, anything else they could care less. And I hate that the office puts on a fake concern attitude and dont do anything about it. How is it fair that I have to deal with this and other tenants. PLEASE AVOID THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! more ... hide ...

Neglected apartments and poorly managed and maintained facility. Zero stars is what this review reflects. At one time this was a lovely and thriving community for the elderly and disabled. There is no one available for emergencies or emergency maintenance on the weekends or at night, and if you even attempt to contact for help, youll get sorely reprimanded and belittled for asking. If you were looking for a good Community with gated access, security on-site, and a true Community feel this is the place for you.I have been living here for over a year and very happy with my decision. The office staff is very kind and sweet and works hard to build a community atmosphere. The maintenance staff is very nice and get some work orders done in a timely manner.I appreciate living in a gated community with my own personal garage, driveway, and nice back patio. The hard wood floors, huge closets, and fireplace also make things feel like home. This is the closest I could get to having a house without all of the upkeep headaches.If you are looking for a nice quiet community that is kid friendly this is the place.
