This place has gone down hill, and fast! When we first moved in it was a great community. The manager Candy Walker was amazing. She helped us all the time and was always friendly and easy to talk to. Once she left the wh ole community went down the drain. Once the new manager came in she turned the place into a place people dont even like to live in anymore. She is very unprofessional, always wearing pajamas, and has the nerve to yell at residents. When we had complaints we never were heard or believed only people she liked, she listened to. We never had problems before but once she came it was as if we were watched every second of the day. We were told about things that her kid was doing. Her own kid doesnt pick up their dog wast but then she blames us or other people. When we had the coldest night of the year our heater went out which is an emergency and we called, sent emails, and reported it the right way and no one ever came. My wife, kids, and I had to huddle in one room to keep warm. The next day when we wrote to the company on FB of all places, we got a response. They told us we couldnt do, and that we had to call and fill out maintenance reports which we did the night before! After that correspondence the manager Constance came over yelling at my wife about reporting it to the office. We had to move out because of her, and I am saying because of her because she lies and schemes to get rid of people. If this place gets new management maybe itll get better but for now be warned if you decide to move here, the management is horrible and so is the company! Worst experience ever, I regret renting there.They will over charge you for anything, after paying rent you still have to pay more than 100 dollars to have your car in the parking lot inside the apartments, and if you le ave your car parked outside they will make sure a tow truck takes your vehicle at 3 in the morning and make you pay 350 to get your car out. Half of that money the towing company keeps and the other half goes back to the apartments complex because they have a direct deal with a towing company named ARS towing. Do not move in those apartments they are rude, and thiefs you will regret it more ... hide ...

Beautiful apartments but very poor management. They take forever to fix anything broken in the apartments. They would rather try to repair old appliances than buy new ones for their residents. My 1 year old son was sweat ing everyday for about 3 months because the manager didnt allow me to have an a/c while mine wasnt working but they werent doing anything to fix it. These apartments are infested with cockroaches and they do not fumigate correctly, just one spray and theyre out the door. The gym is never open. When it rains, the apartments get flooded and the ceiling starts to leak. The manager Rosalinda does as she pleases and doesnt care about the residents in the complex. She speaks very rudely all the time. She gives out paper violation notices through the door of false accusations with no proof, then doesnt answer the phone or voicemails you leave her to discuss the accusation. She will tell you to move out and only give you 24 hours to move everything out of your apartment and find somewhere else to live. She doesnt think of the damage she does to residents who are just trying to make a living. Also, this complex is a non smoking property but you will smell cigarette and marijuana every single day from neighbors. more ... hide ...
