I lived my apartment. Lived at westgate for 15 months and i loved how neighbors did their own thing. No one complained about each other and only said their hellos when we would pass by each other. Enough park ing for visitors without the need of getting a pass. Loved the dog pick up stations and playgrounds close by. I had a laundry unit in my building so that was nice instead of walking to a neighbor building. I do miss this neighborhood now that Ive moved (left to be closer to work/family) definitely affordable living compared to anywhere else. more ... hide ...

This apartment complex was extremely Clean, Peaceful and such a Beautiful place to live just one year ago and now it seems to have gone to the dumps Its turning into -almost like a project and its so unfair with the cost of the Rent out here!Not sure how new tenants are bein screened or if they are at all but its like they allow Anyone to move out here now!The kids are coming in Droves and they are the Most Disrespectful kids Ive ever seen!Someone has put a basketball goal in the parking lot which I feel is Great and gives the kids something to do-except for the fact that they play in that spot all day long and just throw their trash all over in that spot and theres a Dumpster just feet away¤!!! I just dont understand it?If I had a Son out there playing-I would give him a trash bag and make him pick up every piece of paper just for being out there! Weve tried talking to the kids and ask them to take pride in their community and try to keep it clean!Where are the PARENTS???? Why doesnt the Property Manager say something? Do Something??? I just dont Understand???You try to talk to the kids and they Curse you out!!! And Im talking about 10yrs. to maybe 15yrs old!!!Really not happy with the way this place is turning outWhat a difference a Year makes¤Please Lets do our part and keep our Community Clean like it once wasThis is So Unattractive more ... hide ...

When they rebuild the apartments they didnt wrap the vents nor did they insulate the windows causing mold. Theyre only solution to their occupants is to keep their house warm or hot during the summer as to not cr eate precipitation in the vents. Whenever theres an emergency too good luck getting a hold of someone. Weve been without working ac for months at a time because the people they keep hiring lack managerial skills needed to perform this job. Their incompetency devalues this property its not worth it promise more ... hide ...
