This apartment complex was extremely clean, peaceful, and beautiful one year ago, but now it seems to have gone downhill. It's turning into almost like a project and the rent is too expensive for what it's become. It's turning into almost like a project and the rent is too expensive for what it's become. It doesn't appear as if new tenants are being screened, as anyone can move there now. There are droves of disrespectful children and someone has put a basketball goal in the parking lot, which is great, but they leave trash everywhere and there is a dumpster nearby. I don't understand why no one is doing anything or why the parents are not doing anything to teach their children respect and to clean up their mess. When I try to talk to the kids, they curse me out. I'm not happy with how this place has changed in just one year. We need to do our part and keep our community clean like it once was. I moved here back in March Ive left many messages because the landlord refuses to answer the phone none of the messages have been returned Everytime I take a shower my walls leak mold is starting to grow on the baseboards None of the appliances were I moved here back in March Ive left many messages because the landlord refuses to answer the phone none of the messages have been returned Everytime I take a shower my walls leak mold is starting to grow on the baseboards None of the appliances were connected when I moved in I used the dishwasher and flooded my kitchen If you want anything done you have to tell the matience guy yourself the landlord does nothing I was late on my rent once that was the only time the landlord called me to ask why it happenednKids are coming from other neighborhoods and creating chaos they have destroyed the play park vandalized cars and have spray painted on the sides of the apartment complex I dont know how many times we have called police neighbors included and the police dont show up more ... hide ...

This is a pretty quiet community However they do not have scheduled pest control nor carpet cleaning Unless you ask to be put on a list you will not have it And then it still may take months to be done cause the list has to have more people After This is a pretty quiet community However they do not have scheduled pest control nor carpet cleaning Unless you ask to be put on a list you will not have it And then it still may take months to be done cause the list has to have more people After years of living here your carpet will not be replaced even after having several floods which involved the carpet being full of water I was told by management that they do not replace carpet At this point there may be mold and mildew under the carpet The company they sent out to clean the carpet upon our request after trying to clean the carpetthey said that the carpet should be replaced it can not be cleaned at this point and it was cheap and old I am disabled with very sensitive conditions This complex is not considerate of its tenants but make you pay their money on time while do nothing for you its offensive you being a good tenant for years Not fair at all Do not want to go back to another hospital because of mold and mildew more ... hide ...
