I can get an Money order for Le ss or write a check for free. I dont think its fair that your company is charging a $30.00 convenience fee to use your portal after your rental office has stop taking direct payment. I moved in a month ago and have been disappointed.It seems the property has been plagued by construction issues, property manager changes, no staff to clean the property, no maintainence staff, and lack of promised servi ces.Simple things like functioning interior air conditioning in hallways and laundry rooms and clean elevator floors and hallway rugs shouldnt be too much to ask for a build that just had a grand opening in March of 2017.The rent isnt significantly less expensive than non senior places in the area given youre expected to pay for water, sewer, mostly sub metering fee, hot water, washer, dryer, electric, cable, $300.00 non refundable pet deposit, non smoking property, etc.I believe joint responsibility lies with local management, corporate management, and the builder for the issues current residents are having to endure. I have lived at this property for a long time, it used be the best place to live. Sadly now has become the worst because of the terrible service and unprofessionalism of their staff.Unfortunately the new management is ve ry unfriendly, unprofessional and rude, they have no communication skills at all.This place could look so beautiful and clean only if they would replace the lighting around the property.There are some people that have moved into the property the past few years, I dont have anything against nobody but all they do is drink alcohol and smoke marihuana every single day, outside in the court yard. I am scared to let my children play outside because it has become very unsafe.By the way light bulbs have not been changed in a long time. It is so dark at night that is impossible to walk around and enjoy yourself but there are some people that take advantage of this situation to do their business and more. Almost every morning on my way to work I find this place trashed.Another thing that really bothers me is the fact that they say they will call you later when you have a work service but they never do.Also I have put work service orders on line but they never come around unless you call them and let them know, I dont even think they check the work orders that are being created on line.I have been wanting to write a review for a long time about this situation, it is unfortunate that nobody cares or does something about it. I had better expectations about this place with the new management but unfortunately things are going from bad to worse. more ... hide ...
