I have had a negative experience with the new management of this property. They are unprofessional and do not communicate well with their staff. Additionally, work orders that I have submitted online have not been followed, and I have had to call in to check on them. These are 85 to 90 year old garden apartments built in 1930€™s. They just had a major inside renovations in 2019. They had a older heat pump replacement in all units.
