Please do not move here. Have complained about loud neighbors multiple times but they refuse to do anything about it. There is a lack of trash cans so trash is always everywhere. Not as nice as the pictures make it look. (Update) (Date may28 2022)I didnt think it was possible but things have gotten worse. Not only have the rent office employees started leaving earlier they Also are unreachable by phone there emergency help line is a joke my toilet is broken and my air has went out AGAIN this is the FIFTH TIME!!!! I have a small child and its hotter inside my apartment then it is outside. And I cant call anybody about it. THIS PLACE IS UNLIVABLE. I REPEAT DONT MOVE HERE more ... hide ...

Heritage Haven is one of 6 sections that comprise VMRC. The apartments and buildings are very well maintained, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped with flower gardens, trees, walkways and benches. The interior pub lic areas are exceptionally well decorated and comfortable. This is the easiest place I have ever lived, bar none. Anyone who lives here is very fortunate indeed. I certainly understand why there is a waiting list. The amenities are too numerous to list here, but they are exceptional. Lucky, lucky me! more ... hide ...

The most worst place to ever live, these people dont even care to turn on for the A/C cooler for the whole complex once it gets hot they leave these people dying of the heat. Your heating systems sucks, you can turn it off. BUT STILL HOT AIR COMES OUT. It doesnt let you sleep. NO ONE LIKES TO SLEEP IN THE HEAT OR SWEATY WHEN ITS HOT OUTSIDE. Need to do better honestly very disappointed. Management has to stop sugar coating how Great these apartments are when they really are straight TRASHHHH!! more ... hide ...
