it is a good place to live peacefull and quiet the apt is spacious enough for my needs no more noise people my apt is not renovated but I like itis confortable for me there are some detailes I dont like at all but it has been my roof for 1 year

In recent years, it has been bearable at best, but the current management team (@first communities) is by far the worst. Nevertheless, my own bill has tripled since the new company came in, with my most recent being $140. I'm a single person who showers once a day and barely uses the dishwasher or washing machine, yet I still get charged a high amount. The area of the washing machine is used by some as a dumpster and management refuses to clean it out. As of now, there are three weeks' worth of trash in there (see attached photo) and I have even noticed rodents emerging from it! I wouldn't even suggest my worst enemy to live here! Additionally, they always claim to be attempting to fix issues from the prior management, which is a bold-faced lie as all of the issues I cited are recent, not from last year!
