Lived here for the past 10+ years. Was ok for the first 3. This place is absolutely terrible. There was a fist fight in the parking lot just last night (3:30am). Walls are paper thin. Noise from tenants and there friends at all hours. Smell of weed throughout complex. Trash everywhere. Maintenance is terrible. Apartment manager is the laziest, most incompetent person Ive met in any position of management. I have documented months and years worth of criminal activity and fraud on behalf of management. If you decide to try this place, photograph everything throughout your entire stay. They will charge you for fixing all sorts of things then turn around and through it away and replace with new. more ... hide ...

My parents have been living here for a few months and they complain about the same things. The property manager is impossible to get in touch with- she never answers her phone so only if you walk to the office is she may be there. Maintenance is a joke. Theres one guy and he doesnt seem to know how to properly fix anything in a timely manner. He will call for a service to fix/repair and they wait days for them to show up. After this snow yesterday they find out they dont even clean the complex! Nor do they hire anyone to clean it! While my parents are not elderly as other residents this is inappropriate given the age and condition of many residents. Nothing is important or emergent to them and no one is ever around to help or repair. I cant wait for them to get out of this place and find a proper 55+ community that cares about their residents. more ... hide ...
