My parents have been living here for a few months and they complain about the same things The property manager is impossible to get in touch with she never answers her phone so only if you walk to the office is she maybe there Maintenance is a joke T My parents have been living here for a few months and they complain about the same things The property manager is impossible to get in touch with she never answers her phone so only if you walk to the office is she maybe there Maintenance is a joke Theres one guy and he doesnt seem to know how to properly fix anything in a timely manner He will call for a service to fixrepair and they wait days for them to show up After this snow yesterday they find out they dont even clean the complex Nor do they hire anyone to clean it While my parents are not elderly as other residents this is inappropriate given the age and condition of many residents Nothing is important or emergent to them and no one is ever around to help or repair I cant wait for them to get out of this place and find a proper 55 community that cares about their residents more ... hide ...
