The front office manager, Claudette Nicely (not Amanda), is very obtuse and unprofessional at best on a good day. Dont even ask about her bad days. The owner needs to seriously do some in-house cleaning on several new residents, since she is now allowing in new people straight from the Mission shelter. Not that there is anything wrong with someone being homeless because obviously they need a place badly, however this doesnt apply to everyone. Rather, the problem is how this manager allows drug addicts or some who have serious mental health problems to be accepted and they have foot traffic guests coming in and out at all hours of the night!! Need to conduct better background checks on some of these individuals as opposed to it being someone you know personally (that is what we call in society \"favoritism\"). One in particular has only been there for just under a month and already the police have been to his/her apartment three times! I know for a fact he smokes crystal meth and whenever he rides public transit, this person usually is plastered drunk and cussing at people. Yet, my family member, who was denied and disabled, isnt allowed in because according to Ms. Claudette, \"she isnt a good person.\" So please do yourselves all a favor and overlook this place for your loved one as they will be completely miserable and subjected to this front office persons lack of discretion. I am a Christian at heart but when you violate the terms of the ten commandments on a regular basis, I cant sit by and watch this happen to a normal human being. more ... hide ...

Horrible service, barely could stay in contact with me and the person that WOULD respond via email was rude and made no sense. Costed me 3 weeks going back and forth with them sending documents etc. trying to get rental assistance and then randomly got a reply that they were no longer accepting new applications due to high volume. Well thanks for nothing I guess more ... hide ...
