If I could give this place 0 stars I would This place itself could use a lot renovations but thats not my biggest concern Management is the worst I have every seen She is never in the office she never answers the phone unless she isnt on FaceTime She If I could give this place 0 stars I would This place itself could use a lot renovations but thats not my biggest concern Management is the worst I have every seen She is never in the office she never answers the phone unless she isnt on FaceTime She threatens to terminate tenants leases because theyre upset that their AC hasnt been working for almost 3 weeks in 90 degree weather She constantly has her boyfriend in the building fixing things because she can never keep maintenance for us Were paying for amenities we dont even have access to Not to mention she believes everyone that lives in this building is beneath her ghetto and uneducated so she talks to tenants any way she pleases And the biggest of all she lies about tenants not making their rent payments just to try to get double the money this happened to me last month Kristina Nicely is unpleasant obnoxious and insufficient and I wouldnt wish her on my worst enemy more ... hide ...

I have no idea what half the people are talking about Ive lived here for 6 months and have had minimal issues like plumbing heating and a broken faucet and management has addressed them all I have not seen one rodent in my apartment as I practice cle I have no idea what half the people are talking about Ive lived here for 6 months and have had minimal issues like plumbing heating and a broken faucet and management has addressed them all I have not seen one rodent in my apartment as I practice cleanliness and take out my trash daily The maintenance guy as well as the property manager always shows respect and asks if I need anything Its not a perfect place but its pretty decent and spacious The only negative thing I have to say is you can hear everything that goes on in your neighbors apartment and its hard to sleep at night because some of them are noisy and throw late night parties Other than that its an ok place not great not bad just ok more ... hide ...

I wouldnt even give this place a star It deserves zero stars It is a dump There are rodents running around in this building Mice and rats There are plumbing problems and electrical issues The floors are sinking in and the foundation is very weak the I wouldnt even give this place a star It deserves zero stars It is a dump There are rodents running around in this building Mice and rats There are plumbing problems and electrical issues The floors are sinking in and the foundation is very weak the rats have chewed and ate on the foundation There are homeless people sleeping in the basement laundry facility and utility closets Homeless people throw parties on the rooftop Some of the residents do not have heat in the winter time Residents write up work orders for things problems within their apartments and the company drags their feet sign off on the work orders as if they have been complete and never did the problems and then blame the tenants for causing the issues The people at home office are very judge mental and they discriminate against the lower class This property is income restricted they also accept section 8 vouchers A lot of the residents here already have difficult times financially they charge them for damages they did not cause and fine them for things they did not do knowing that the residents are already struggling They add additional monthly charges to accounts that do not belong They have had an embezzlement problem for years When you report concerns to corporate they retaliate They currently have pending lawsuits through legal aid in about 10 apartments Check it out at city hall They have a long list of violations from the City inspectors and the fire marshals The turnover rate within the company is so bad because they mistreat they employees They are condescending and very disrespectful They talk to you any kind of way as if you are beneath them The actual management has no support and if you develop a relationship with the residents and tot actually do the right things they will be sure to get rid of you This is not a place that anyone should want to live I promise more ... hide ...

Nice apartments Poor management with high turnover Cant keep a maintenance person longer than two months and has them working two sets of apartments at a time
