Most employees do not leave a position because of pay issues. Usually, its poor management that drives out the best associates and drives up the cost of training and productivity.I was a visiting guest at Pioneer Village in January of 2022. Upon entering, I was appalled by the condition off the carpets and the odor of the facility. In fact, my first thought was, How soon can I get my fianc©e out of here and into anywhere else!I again visited Pioneer Village in April of 2022. There was such a difference in the smell and cleanliness that my first thought was, Is this the same apartment complex?Upon inquiring as to cause of the turnaround, I was informed that a new Assistant Manager was responsible for the improvement. So, Id like to be certain that you know that Ernestina Jacquez has changed the entire environment and greatly enhanced the first impression of visitors like me. Thanks for nothing I was wondering if Im still on the waiting list. Couldnt accept the 6 in line because unfortunately u made me moved out to another apartment complex because I didnt wanna moved from redwood apartment & leave the space to my brother where he live next door to his baby mother & her boyfriend. By the way the restraining order was lied to get full time custody. I mean it was almost true but they thought was abused was him self defense of his daughter being almost kidnapped by them before they filed for custody battle. They did the same to me before he moved in trying to wrote down every rules I broken & every time I look out from my bedroom window. After that day I paper wrapped my bedroom window to provide I didnt care about the custody battle. I mean they did move out state but he still didnt like how u remove him from the waiting list & the second time didnt give his daughter a home to visit her father since 2011. Brandi hale &I live at the Winthrop apartment no I cant believe my auntie Work with u back station Ryan family of my grandparents family more ... hide ...
